The SHDM is a partner of choice in responsible property investment that promotes the improvement of Montrealers’ living environment

    The SHDM is a non-profit para-municipal corporation that is financially independent and operates without subsidies or funding from the Ville de Montréal.

    As an expert in responsible property investing, the SHDM is involved in a wide variety of projects that contribute to Montréal’s economic, social and cultural development.

    The SHDM ensures the sustainability and affordability of a stock of 4,700 rental units.

    These rental units are not low-income housing (HLM) or luxurious accommodations: they meet the housing needs of over 8,000 Montrealers and contribute to the diversity and vitality of our neighbourhoods.

    Through its Accès Condos program, the SHDM facilitates access to homeownership for those who wish to buy a home in Montréal.

    By accrediting affordable and quality projects in targeted areas, the SHDM contributes to the social and economic revitalization of neighbourhoods.

    Pursuant to the Accès Condos Agreement, the SHDM may revise the reference price for the purpose of evaluating the part of the reimbursable increase in value if the sale price does not reflect the property’s market value.

    Form for registering on the list of SHDM suppliers

    In accordance with the Act respecting access to documents held by public bodies and the protection of personal information, to which the SHDM is subject as a public body, the supplier consents to the disclosure of his data entered in this registration form.

    The SHDM appreciates your interest and thanks you for having filled out this form. By being on our list of suppliers, we will be able, if necessary, to invite you to send us a quotation (bid).
    SHDM is under no obligation of any kind to suppliers who fill out the form.
