In 1997, the Société completed Le Saint-Claude, a residential project consisting of 12 units, all of which were sold, and were valued at $1.5 million in all. This project involved rebuilding old small brick rowhouses that dated back to the last century and had been left vacant for several years.
1 McGill
The 1 McGill project is located across from the Old Port, in the historic district of Montréal, at the corner of McGill and De La Commune. This 11-storey, 160-condos building (including 14 penthouses) opened the door to the new wave of residential development in Old Montréal.
100 McGill
This project, known as Le 100 McGill, consists of 11 condominiums and two businesses with a total value of $2.4 million, which were delivered in July 1999. All of the units were purchased before construction was completed.
On the block known as the Anderson block, defined by Anderson, De La Gauchetière and Jeanne-Mance Streets and René-Lévesque Boulevard, Conceptions Rachel-Julien acquired land for phase 1 of the Anderson Block project on October 1, 2002, and built 20 condos ($4 M). Work on phase 1 was completed in summer 2003.

Faubourg Québec - Block E Residential
In order to spur the development of Faubourg Québec, the Société attracts promoters via public calls for proposals. It sells blocks and parcels of land to be developed or works out partnership agreements with entrepreneurs who are then required to comply with a construction schedule.
Faubourg Québec - Bourg du Vieux Residential – Blocks B and C
Known as the Bourg du Vieux, the project calls for the construction of rows of superposed condo-type townhouses (Antoine Chaloub architecte). More than 250 units were completed.
Jardins St-Léonard
Tranquil, safe residential enclave located at the end of 27th Avenue, at the crossroads of the boroughs of Saint-Léonard and Rosemont/Petite-Patrie.
La Biscuiterie

The SHDM sold the site to Les projets Europa Inc. following a public call for development proposals. The company completed the construction of 54 luxury residential condominiums, along with a street-level commercial space, in the fall of 2003.

Quai de la Commune (5 phases)
In the area just west of Old Montreal, known as Faubourg des Récollets, Groupe immobilier Prével, in partnership with the SHDM, carried out work on the huge Quai de la Commune project, following a call for development proposals.
The project, known as the Redpath Lofts, consists of redeveloping most of the buildings for commercial and residential purposes, demolishing those considered unsalvageable and replacing them within their existing volumes.
The R.O. International inc. group acquired the 25,000 ft² parking lot behind the Notre-Dame Basilica and built the Saint-Sulpice condo-hotel, offering 108 spacious high-end four-star suites in divided co-ownership.
Sainte-Élizabeth
Samcon Inc. purchased a lot measuring 31,885 ft², fronting on de La Gauchetière St. to the south, Ste-Élisabeth Street to the east and Hôtel-de-Ville Street to the west. In the summer of 2000, the developer started building the project, consisting of 56 residential condominium units with 61 indoor parking spaces and an inner courtyard.
