The Corporation's board of directors has nine members who are appointed by the executive committee of the City of Montreal. All the members are local community representatives, which is a major asset, given their expertise, experience and understanding of the issues and the methods required to maximise the coordinated impact of the various actions taken.

The board of directors has created for itself an auditing committee that is responsible for analysing all the financial aspects of the Corporation.
