JEAN-JACQUES BOHÉMIER, Chairman
A now retired architect, Jean-Jacques Bohémier has worked in the field of housing and urban development throughout his career. He gained experience at the Société populaire d'habitation de Rosemont and at the SHDM as director of development, where he participated in the implementation of rental housing acquisition programs and rooming houses, as well as in the establishment of the Social Investment Fund for Housing. In 2002, he joined the City of Montreal as a political advisor to elected officials on housing issues and assumed, until 2020, various responsibilities related to social development, large parks, urban planning, and real estate management and planning. He then joined the board of directors of the Société d'habitation populaire de l'est de Montréal (SHAPEM) and became its president.

JULIE CHAURETTE, FCPA, FCA, Chair of the Audit, Finance, and Risk Management Committee
Chair and Chief Executive Officer of the Fondation du CHUM, Julie Chaurette, FCPA, FCA, a graduate of the Collège des administrateurs de sociétés (ASC) and certified by the Chartered Director's Program (C.Dir), is recognized for her expertise in accounting, integrated risk management, finance and financial communication. She was notably Vice-President of Financial Information at Ivanhoe Cambridge, after holding senior management positions at General Trust of Canada and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Involved in numerous organizations, she is a member of several boards of directors and a member of the Governance committee of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec. Her commitment earned her the 2014 CPA Award of Excellence for Community Service. Julie Chaurette was recently awarded the title of Fellow of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec (CPA), designated by the acronym FCPA, which recognizes the merit of members who have outstandingly devoted their time and effort to the profession.
Isabelle Durand

ISABELLE DURAND, Chair of the Governance, Human Resources, and Communications Committee
Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Law and a graduate of the Collège des administrateurs de sociétés (ASC), Isabelle Durand began her career at Fasken in 2001 in transactional real estate. She then held various positions at Ivanhoé Cambridge, where she developed over a 15-year period an expertise in governance, investment, compliance, and operations. Since 2022, Ms. Durand has been Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at iA Financial Group, where she is responsible for all of the Group’s legal activities, corporate secretariat, and government relations. Isabelle Durand had been serving as an external resource on the SHDM’s Governance, Human Resources and Communications Committee as well as its Investment Management Committee since 2022.
Marie-Yan Cyr

MARIE-YAN CYR, Director
Holder of a Master’s degree in Business Administration from HEC Montréal, a Master’s degree in Architecture from McGill University, and a member of the Ordre des architectes du Québec, Marie-Yan Cyr has solid experience in real estate project management, whether in the commercial, residential, or industrial sectors. After working in various architecture firms, she continued her career with real estate investors. Her creativity, project management and construction coordination expertise, along with her strong communication skills, have led her to become an architect in asset management and major projects at Groupe Petra, a position she currently holds. She has a strong understanding of the challenges related to building renovations and asset maintenance.
Alain Lapointe

ALAIN LAPOINTE, M.Sc., PhD, Director
Honorary professor at HEC Montréal, Alain Lapointe pursued a career as a professor in Economics, specializing in real estate finance and urban economics. He was Director of HEC's Department of Applied Economics and the Centre d'étude en administration internationale. He has served as a consultant for many public and private organizations and also as a member of the boards of directors of the various real estate subsidiaries of CDPQ, Cadim, Société immobilière Trans Québec (SITQ), Ivanhoe Cambridge and Presima Inc. He also served on the Board of Directors of the Agence de l'efficacité énergétique du Québec.
Jean-Charles Angers

JEAN-CHARLES ANGERS, Director
Holder of an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Jean-Charles Angers has over 40 years of experience in sales, project financing, and real estate enterprises. He played a key role in the development of RBC Capital Markets Real Estate Group in both Quebec and Canada, serving as an investment banker in the real estate sector. Throughout his career, Mr. Angers has led numerous major transactions across all real estate asset classes. He also sits on various boards of directors, including those of YMCA Québec and Mission Unitainés, as well as on the strategic planning advisory committee of Groupe Immobilier HD, which operates in the multi-residential rental sector. Jean-Charles Angers had been serving as an external resource on the SHDM’s Audit, Finance, and Risk Management Committee since 2022.
Danielle Cécile

DANIELLE CÉCILE, Director
Holder of a Master's degree in Public Administration, Danielle Cécile has built her career in the housing sector, where she has held various leadership positions, notably at the Housing Department of the City of Montreal and within non-profit organizations in the social housing sector. Until March 2023, she served as Executive Director of the Office municipal d’habitation de Montréal (OMHM). Among her many distinctions, she has received the Order of Cooperative Merit from the Conseil québécois de la coopération et de la mutualité, as well as the Régis-Laurin Tribute Award from the Association des groupes de ressources techniques du Québec. She has served on numerous boards of directors, including those of the OMHM and the Corporation des habitations Jeanne-Mance.
Roger Plamondon

ROGER PLAMONDON, Director
Holder of an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Sciences, Roger Plamondon has over 40 years of experience in the fields of real estate and development. From 2006 until his retirement in 2023, he was President of Real Estate Development and Acquisitions at Broccolini. Throughout his career, he also held administrative and leadership roles on several boards of directors, including those of the Business Development Bank of Canada, the Montreal Chamber of Commerce, and the Urban Development Institute of Quebec. Mr. Plamondon also co-chaired the Chantier Montréal abordable and was a member of Montreal's real estate facilitation group. Since June 2024, he had been serving as an external resource on the SHDM’s Audit, Finance and Risk Management Committee.

JEAN-SÉBASTION PILON, Director
Holder of a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Jean-Sébastien Pilon has over 25 years of experience in information technology and information security. He has worked for renowned companies such as IBM, GIRO, and Desjardins, gaining expertise in technology operations, information security management, and innovation development. Since 2001, he has contributed to academic knowledge-sharing as a lecturer and co-founder of the Information Security Certificate program at HEC Montréal. He also founded CyberEco, an organization that fosters inter-company collaboration in information security. Since 2021, he has held the position of Chief Information Security Officer at the Desjardins Group. Since June 2023, he had been serving as an external resource on the SHDM’s Investment Management Committee
