Full professor, Department of Marketing, HEC Montréal, member of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec, holder of a PhD in Industrial and Business Studies from the University of Warwick (United Kingdom) and an MBA in Marketing and International Management from HEC Montréal, Johanne Brunet, CPA-CGA, MBA, PhD, is also a graduate of the Collège des administrateurs de sociétés (ASC). She was the 1999 winner of the Action femmes d'affaires award from the Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan Montreal and a finalist for the 2013 Business Professor of the Year Award within the competition of the famous weekly magazine The Economist. Johanne Brunet was Director of External Production and Acquisitions at Radio-Canada, and then worked as Senior Vice-President at TV5-Amériques. She is Chair of the Board of Directors of the Société des alcools du Québec and the Société québécoise du cannabis and also sits on the Board of Directors of the Théâtre du Rideau Vert as well as on other boards in England.

Chair and Chief Executive Officer of the Fondation du CHUM, Julie Chaurette, FCPA, FCA, a graduate of the Collège des administrateurs de sociétés (ASC) and certified by the Chartered Director's Program (C.Dir), is recognized for her expertise in accounting, integrated risk management, finance and financial communication. She was notably Vice-President of Financial Information at Ivanhoe Cambridge, after holding senior management positions at General Trust of Canada and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Involved in numerous organizations, she is a member of several boards of directors and a member of the Governance committee of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec. Her commitment earned her the 2014 CPA Award of Excellence for Community Service. Julie Chaurette was recently awarded the title of Fellow of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec (CPA), designated by the acronym FCPA, which recognizes the merit of members who have outstandingly devoted their time and effort to the profession.

Chairman of the Fondation de l'Office municipal d'habitation de Montréal (OMHM), Fabien Cournoyer is an experienced administrator, familiar with both real estate issues and the operations of public and para-public companies. He was notably the Executive Director of the OMHM, after having held various positions related to housing or economic and urban development within Ville de Montréal and the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC).

Member of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec since 1975, Robert Juneau, CPA, CA, has nearly 15 years of experience in financial auditing in the public and private sectors, in addition to two decades of expertise as a senior executive in the municipal sector, within Ville de Montréal and the Communauté urbaine de Montréal, among other organizations. Since 2006, in addition to being a member of the boards of directors and audit committees of a number of organizations, he has served as an accounting and financial management consultant for various companies and has participated in arbitration committees for the settlement of contractual disputes.
Alain Lapointe

ALAIN LAPOINTE, M.Sc., PhD, Director
Honorary professor at HEC Montréal, Alain Lapointe pursued a career as a professor in Economics, specializing in real estate finance and urban economics. He was Director of HEC's Department of Applied Economics and the Centre d'étude en administration internationale. He has served as a consultant for many public and private organizations and also as a member of the boards of directors of the various real estate subsidiaries of CDPQ, Cadim, Société immobilière Trans Québec (SITQ), Ivanhoe Cambridge and Presima Inc. He also served on the Board of Directors of the Agence de l'efficacité énergétique du Québec.
Marie-José Roux Fauteux

As a lawyer, Marie-José Roux Fauteux worked for nearly 20 years at Fasken-Martineau, where she developed extensive experience in real estate law. As an SHDM collaborator on a number of projects, including the establishment of the World Trade Centre and the initial development of Faubourg Québec, she has relevant and much sought-after expertise in urban development.
Suze Youance

SUZE YOUANCE, director
With a PhD in Engineering from École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS), Suze Youance has diversified experience and recognized expertise in structural typology and seismic vulnerability (heritage buildings, school and hospital buildings, residences). Her experience in project management and her excellent communication skills have led her to become a television hostess, university lecturer, consultant, and associate professor, in Québec and Haiti. Involved in the Montréal community, Mrs. Youance is a volunteer in activities promoting women in engineering at ÉTS and is Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of the Bureau de la communauté haïtienne à Montréal (BCHM).
