La Société d’habitation et de développement de Montréal (SHDM) est une société paramunicipale à but non lucratif et financièrement autonome. Chef de file en gestion immobilière et en développement immobilier responsable, elle favorise l’amélioration des milieux de vie des Montréalais en contribuant au développement économique et social de la Ville de Montréal par la mise en valeur d’actifs immobiliers de nature résidentielle, institutionnelle, industrielle, commerciale et culturelle sur son territoire. Elle est à la recherche d’une personne dynamique et motivée pour combler de façon temporaire le poste étudiant suivant :

 

Étudiant(e) – gestion documentaire et archives

Direction des affaires juridiques et corporatives

 

Sous la responsabilité de l’avocate – gestion contractuelle et documentaire, l’étudiant apporte son soutien aux techniciens en gestion des documents et archives en effectuant diverses tâches cléricales selon les normes et procédures établies.

 

RESPONSABILITÉS GÉNÉRALES

 

Dans le cadre de ses activités professionnelles, l’étudiant a pour principaux mandats de :

 

  •          Trier, numériser, nommer et verser dans le logiciel de gestion documentaire divers documents, notamment : les documents relatifs aux locataires de la Société, les factures et les documents des divers conseils et comités de la Société;

 

  •          Travailler en collaboration avec les techniciens lors du déclassement annuel;

 

  •          Aider les directions dans l’établissement d’une structure numérique conforme au plan de classification;

 

  •          Effectuer le classement des documents provenant du courrier et ayant été traités par les techniciens en gestion des documents et archives;

 

  •          À la demande des autres directions, rechercher des documents aux archives ou dans le logiciel de gestion documentaire;

 

  •          Effectuer au besoin toute autre tâche connexe et de même nature demandée par son supérieur immédiat.

 

EXIGENCES DU POSTE

 

  •          Avoir complété une session dans un programme collégial ou universitaire relatif à la gestion des documents et des archives ou posséder toute autre formation ou expérience pertinente pour le poste;

 

  •          Connaissance du logiciel de gestion documentaire Ultima ou Qore Ultima, un atout.

 

COMPÉTENCES ET QUALITÉS RECHERCHÉES

 

  •          Maîtriser les outils de la suite MS Office;

 

  •          Maîtriser la langue française, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit;

 

  •          Être capable de travailler de façon autonome;

 

  •          Posséder le sens de l’organisation et de l’initiative;

 

  •          Démontrer rigueur et intégrité;

 

  •          Faire preuve de discrétion et être sensible à la confidentialité et la protection des renseignements personnels;

 

  •          Connaitre l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, constitue un atout[1].

 

 

 

Les semaines de travail sont de 35 h par semaine, du lundi au vendredi, débutant entre le 1er mai et le 15 mai et se terminant au plus tard le 1er septembre.

 

Le taux horaire se situe à 16,70 $, au 1er janvier 2023. Il y aura possibilité de trois jours en télétravail par semaine.
