Closure of the SHDM offices on June 23rd and 30th.

Please note that the SHDM offices will be closed on June 23rd, for The National Holiday of Quebec , and on June 30th, for Canada Day.

For an urgent service request, call 514 380-7436. This service is offered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and allows for rapid response to requests, even outside office opening hours.

In accordance with the Act respecting access to documents held by public bodies and the protection of personal information, to which the SHDM is subject as a public body, the supplier consents to the disclosure of his data entered in this registration form.
