First report for Chantier Montréal abordable

As a member of the advisory committee of the City of Montreal's Chantier Montréal abordable, the SHDM took part in drawing up the first progress report, which was unveiled on April 12th. It takes the form of a joint declaration by all members of the advisory committee and lays the foundations for new actions to accelerate the construction and preservation of affordable housing.

Chantier Montréal abordable is an initiative of the City of Montreal to facilitate the development of affordable housing in the metropolis. The process is overseen by an advisory committee made up of real estate experts and actors from the private, community, financial and parapublic sectors. The SHDM sits on this committee and shares its expertise as a developer and owner of affordable housing.
