Message to our clients COVID-19

Please note that we have closed our offices, but we are maintaining most of our operations as we need to provide essential services to our tenants. Our team is therefore always available to answer your questions. You may call us at 514 380-7436 or send us an email at .

As a precautionary measure, only service requests considered urgent or essential will be handled by our building attendants. In addition, before our employees enter your apartment, you will have to answer a series of questions related to COVID-19 to make sure that they can safely respond to your request.

At the present time, we are all facing extraordinary circumstances that are beyond our control. We are aware of the challenges that we face individually and collectively to ensure everyone’s health and safety.

In view of the Government’s announcement of the payment of Employment Insurance around April 6, we wish to inform you that the SHDM will show understanding for late rent payments.

In our collective effort to minimize the risks of spreading COVID-19, we advise you to make payments online or by pre-authorized withdrawals (direct debits). If you are unable to do so, we advise you to make payments by cheque to be sent to us at our Place Dupuis offices at 800 boulevard De Maisonneuve Est, Suite 2200, Montréal, Québec H2L 4L8.
