Faubourg Contrecoeur Phase 5

The project, whose construction was completed in 2018 in the Mercier–Hochelaga-Maisonneuve borough, project offers 95 affordable condominium units featuring one to five bedrooms. There are 52 two-bedroom units, 22 three-bedroom, 18 one-bedroom, two four-bedroom and one five-bedroom. As whole, it comprises six floors with two elevators. Its contemporary design blends harmoniously with the surrounding built environment thanks to a play of subtle architectural volumetry. The contrast of the colours of the masonry brings character to the project. The full-height windows provide exceptional luminosity in each unit and many enjoy a view of the park Carlos D’Alcantara, located right in front of the project.

VersO 2

Completed in 2012, the six-storey building is located in the heart of Lachine borough and its construction followed that of Phase 1 which was finalized a few months before. The VersO project numbers 238 condominiums in total.

SOLD – An affordable project in the heart of Griffintown

Ideally located in the heart of the Bassins du Nouveau-Havre site, at 1606 rue Ottawa, this Accès Condos accredited project offered 78 affordable units exclusively to families and first-time buyers . The 6 and 7-storey building had been delivered in July 2019.

H3C, an address tailored for families and first-time buyers, included 27 one-bedroom units, 23 two-bedroom units and 28 three-bedroom units, 18 of which are maisonnettes—two- storey, cottage-type units—with a patio or balcony. This offer consisting 65% of two- and three-bedroom units is distinct in the neighbourhood and customized for the needs of families and first-time buyers.
The project is fortunate to have two community housing projects on its site—L’Habitation 21 and L’Habitation 22. These are completely independent projects, with separate buildings and entrances, except for the garage entrance, which will be shared. The ground floor of the building, overlooking the future Place des Arrimeurs, has also added to the commercial space in the neighbourhood.
With this new accreditation, Accès Condos encouraged families and first-time buyers to settle in Griffintown and is also promoting a positive mix. Such diversity in terms of clientele contributed to the vitality and quality of life in the neighbourhood.

This residential project, whose construction was completed in november 2019 , offers 70 affordable condo units with 1-4 bedrooms. There are 5 one-bedroom units , 20 two-bedroom units, 42 three-bedroom units and 3 four-bedroom units. In addition, 15 of the three- and four-bedroom units are maisonettes—two- storey, cottage-style units. In total, 64% of the units in the project have three or more bedrooms and 92% of the units have two or more bedrooms.
The project as a whole consists of seven floors with two elevators. Its contemporary design blends harmoniously into the surrounding built environment through a subtle interplay of volume. The contrast in the colours of the brick and stonework adds character to the project and is in keeping with the Faubourg Contrecoeur Phase 5 project, located on the other side of rue Myra-Cree.
It is also the last phase accredited by Accès Condos in the Faubourg Contrecoeur district.

Phase 1 of the VersO project numbers 120 condominiums of one, two or three bedrooms. Completed in 2012, the six-storey building is located in the heart of Lachine borough. With the addition of its Phase 2, The VersO development numbered 238 housing units in total.

Le Via3

The Le Via3 numbers 42 condominiums, apartments on one or two levels and townhouse-style units built on three levels. They are divided up in three buildings of three or four storeys. The development mainly targeted families with 43% of the units having three or four bedrooms. Completed in 2013, Le Via3 is located in the north-east sector of Lachine borough.
