Phase 2 of Cité l’Acadie comprises 237 condominiums – 192 were Accès Condos accredited – ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom units. The sixteen-storey building, whose construction was completed in 2012, is located on Place de l’Acadie, in the immediate vicinity of Highway 15 in the Ahuntsic-Cartierville borough. With the construction of Phase 1 a year before, Cité l’Acadie now encompasses 423 Accès Condos accredited dwellings.

The twelve-storey building, whose construction was completed in 2011, is located on Place de l’Acadie, in the immediate vicinity of Highway 15 in the Ahuntsic-Cartierville borough. With the construction of its Phase 2 a year later, Cité l’Acadie now encompasses 423 Accès Condos accredited dwellings.

SOLD – A major project encompassing 226 condos in the heart of Saint-Léonard

Completed in 2009, Le Novello 2 comprises 2 eleven-storey buildings for a total of 226 condos. With units ranging from one to three bedrooms, the project put the needs of families at the forefront with 23% of the condos designed with three bedrooms and 69% with two bedrooms. Given the enthusiasm of buyers at the launch of the initial project, this second phase was announced in September 2008. Located on Jean-Talon Street, near Viau Street and the heart of the borough of Saint-Léonard, Le Novello 2 stands out for its contemporary architecture.

Located on Jean-Talon Street, near Viau Street in the heart of the borough of Saint-Léonard, le Novello stands out for its contemporary architecture. A second phase was completed a year later.

Le MN2
SOLD – The second phase of a project for affordable condominiums in Montréal-Nord

Located at the gateway to the Montréal-Nord borough and completed in 2013, Le MN2 includes 62 condo units of one, two and three bedrooms on two levels. The project was completed within a year after the delivery of Phase 1. The six-storey building has architectural and functional characteristics similar to that of its parent project. The integration of small townhouses on two floors, each with a main entrance at street level, creates a living environment with a truly human scale.

Faubourg Contrecoeur Phase 5
SOLD – 95 Accès Condos accredited condos where affordability and functionality go hand in hand

The project, whose construction was completed in 2018 in the Mercier–Hochelaga-Maisonneuve borough, project offers 95 affordable condominium units featuring one to five bedrooms. There are 52 two-bedroom units, 22 three-bedroom, 18 one-bedroom, two four-bedroom and one five-bedroom. As whole, it comprises six floors with two elevators. Its contemporary design blends harmoniously with the surrounding built environment thanks to a play of subtle architectural volumetry. The contrast of the colours of the masonry brings character to the project. The full-height windows provide exceptional luminosity in each unit and many enjoy a view of the park Carlos D’Alcantara, located right in front of the project.
