Le MN

All Accès Condos projects completed between 2005 and 2019 have been sold. Our team is actually working on new version of the program.
The Le MN, whose construction was completed in 2012, encompasses 87 condos, with 25% of the units offering three bedrooms to meet the needs of families. Located at the intersection of Langelier and Maurice-Duplessis boulevards, the six-storey building was the largest residential project built in the neighbourhood in the past twenty years and it marked the revitalization of the Eastern sector of the Montréal-Nord borough. The project gave rise to Le MN2, phase 2 of the overall project, which was built a year later.

The only Accès Condos accredited project of its kind, this former industrial building has been completely renovated to offer 192 loft-type condos of one or two bedrooms. La Fabrique 125, a seven-storey building, is located in the heart of the Chabanel district. Its repurposing was completed in 2013.

Alinéa
SOLD – 108 accredited Accès Condos units focusing on public transport
All Accès Condos projects completed between 2005 and 2019 have been sold. Our team is actually working on new version of the program.
Encompassing a total of 108 condominiums spread over ten floors, the Alinéa project was completed in 2013. Architecturally speaking, the combination of earthy grey and red colours, mixed with metal, brick and polished glass, gives a very modern look to the building. The cubic structures which are grafted to the set and the interspersed loggia type balconies make for a bold architectural quality.
