Jardins Saint-Léonard

The Jardins Saint-Léonard project encompassed 107 condominiums ranging from studios to three-bedroom units. Composed of two buildings of four and six storeys, it is located on 27e Avenue, north of Bélanger Street in the borough of Saint-Léonard, close to the north-east limit of Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie borough. Completed in 2006, it was the second project to be accredited under the Accès Condos program, which was launched in 2005 by the SHDM.

Le Novello 2

SOLD – A major project encompassing 226 condos in the heart of Saint-Léonard

Completed in 2009, Le Novello 2 comprises 2 eleven-storey buildings for a total of 226 condos. With units ranging from one to three bedrooms, the project put the needs of families at the forefront with 23% of the condos designed with three bedrooms and 69% with two bedrooms. Given the enthusiasm of buyers at the launch of the initial project, this second phase was announced in September 2008. Located on Jean-Talon Street, near Viau Street and the heart of the borough of Saint-Léonard, Le Novello 2 stands out for its contemporary architecture.

Le Novello

SOLD – 153 Accès Condos accredited condominiums in the heart of Saint-Léonard

Le Novello, whose construction was finalized in 2008, encompasses 153 condos ranging from studios to three bedroom units. The ten-storey building also has commercial spaces on the ground floor. Located on Jean-Talon Street, near Viau Street in the heart of the borough of Saint-Léonard, le Novello stands out for its contemporary architecture. A second phase was completed a year later.

BUL

SOLD – A project comprising 86 condos near Montréal’s downtown and an animated neighbourhood

All Accès Condos projects completed between 2005 and 2019 have been sold. Our team is actually working on new version of the program.

Completed in 2012, BUL numbers 86 condominiums ranging from studios to three-bedroom units. The building is located at the intersection of Ontario and Hope streets on La Promenade Ontario, at the eastern end of the Sainte-Marie neighbourhood in the Ville-Marie borough. The six-storey building features modern architecture and is part of a mixed project that includes 123 social and community housing units intended in particular for seniors.

Square Cartier

SOLD – A project with 160 condo units to revitalize the Sainte-Marie neighbourhood

Square Cartier encompasses 160 condominium units ranging from studios to three bedrooms apartments. With its six storeys, this bold building is located at the foot of the Jacques Cartier Bridge in the heart of the Ville-Marie borough on Parthenais Street. Its construction was completed in 2007.

Faubourg Contrecoeur (4)

SOLD – Phase 4 of Faubourg Contrecoeur, a neighbourhood designed for Montréal families

Phase 4 of the Faubourg Contrecoeur project, whose construction was completed in 2014 in the Mercier–Hochelaga-Maisonneuve borough, was undertaken by developer Constructions Devlor and quickly found takers with families because of its impressive ratio of three bedroom units. Indeed, 75% of the 128 units feature three bedrooms, while 25% feature two. The townhouse-type units are spread over 8 buildings of 16 units each. Laid out on two, three or four levels, these urban houses offer a quality living environment in a peaceful neighbourhood that is directly linked to downtown Montréal.
