Faubourg Contrecoeur (3)

SOLD – Phase 3 of Faubourg Contrecoeur, a neighbourhood designed for Montréal families

Phase 3 of the Faubourg Contrecoeur project, whose construction was completed in 2012, stands out with its bright colour blocks overlaid on subdued cladding and its projecting volumes that leave room for natural light. As part of the continued development of the area, this phase had 90 townhouse-type units located in several three-story buildings on four separate lots. Of these units primarily built for families, 64% featured three bedrooms and the majority are laid out on three levels.

Faubourg Contrecoeur (2)

SOLD – Phase 2 of Faubourg Contrecoeur, a neighbourhood designed for Montréal families

Phase 2 of the Faubourg Contrecoeur project, whose construction was completed in 2011 in the Mercier–Hochelaga-Maisonneuve borough, is a continuation of Phase 1. This phase comprises 11 buildings of 16 housing units each for a total of 176 units spread over 3 different islands. The architectural features of the buildings are identical to those of Phase 1 and exhibit boldly contemporary and elegant aesthetics. The buildings have the same proportions of units with two bedrooms – 63% – and three bedrooms – 25%. In each of the buildings, 15 units out of 16 are on two levels, one level being reserved for daytime activities (living room, dining room and kitchen) and one for nighttime activities (bedrooms and bathrooms).

Faubourg Contrecoeur (1)

SOLD – Phase 1 of Faubourg Contrecoeur, the birth of a neighbourhood that was planned for Montréal families

Phase 1 of the Faubourg Contrecoeur project, whose construction was completed in 2010, consisted of six buildings of 16 housing units each for a total of 96 units. Located north of Sherbrooke Street, in the borough of Mercier–Hochelaga-Maisonneuve and bordering Anjou, these three-story buildings were primarily designed for families, with 63% of their units featuring two-bedrooms and 25% three-bedrooms. In each of the buildings, 15 units out of 16 are on two levels, one level being reserved for daytime activities (living room, dining room and kitchen) and one for nighttime activities (bedrooms and bathrooms).

La Confiserie

SOLD – A project for 138 affordable condos in the Maisonneuve neighbourhood

The La Confiserie consists of three buildings, totaling 138 condos, of which nearly 25% have three-bedrooms and nearly 65% have two-bedrooms, meets the needs of families living in the area. Completed in 2009, it is located at the intersection of de Rouen Street and Desjardins Avenue in Mercier–Hochelaga-Maisonneuve borough, near Pie-IX métro station and the Olympic Stadium.

La Biscuiterie

SOLD – A project for 182 affordable condos in the Maisonneuve neighbourhood

All Accès Condos projects completed between 2005 and 2019 have been sold. Our team is actually working on new version of the program.

A project encompassing 182 condos, La Biscuiterie was designed for families with 79% of the units featuring two and three bedrooms. La Biscuiterie, whose repurposing was completed in 2007, is located at the corner of Viau and Ontario East in the Mercier–Hochelaga-Maisonneuve borough. This accredited Accès Condos project is a great example of the rehabilitation of former industrial spaces.

Le MN2

SOLD – The second phase of a project for affordable condominiums in Montréal-Nord

All Accès Condos projects completed between 2005 and 2019 have been sold. Our team is actually working on new version of the program.

Located at the gateway to the Montréal-Nord borough and completed in 2013, Le MN2 includes 64 condo units of one, two and three bedrooms on two levels. The project was completed within a year after the delivery of Phase 1. The six-storey building has architectural and functional characteristics similar to that of its parent project. The integration of small townhouses on two floors, each with a main entrance at street level, creates a living environment with a truly human scale.
