Phase 4 of the Faubourg Contrecoeur project, whose construction was completed in 2014 in the Mercier–Hochelaga-Maisonneuve borough, was undertaken by developer Constructions Devlor and quickly found takers with families because of its impressive ratio of three bedroom units. Indeed, 75% of the 128 units feature three bedrooms, while 25% feature two. The townhouse-type units are spread over 8 buildings of 16 units each.
