SOLD – A 112 condo development to revitalize a former industrial area

All Accès Condos projects completed between 2005 and 2019 have been sold. Our team is actually working on new version of the program.

Phase 2 of the Côté Ouest development comprises 112 condos of one to three bedrooms. The construction of the eight-story building was completed in 2009, one year after followed the completion of Phase 1. The building is located in Le Triangle neighbourhood of the Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce borough. In total, Côté Ouest (1 and 2) encompasses 254 Accès Condos accredited units and constitutes a flagship project for this area of Montréal. It has been a lever in the revitalization of this neighbourhood in the western part of the city.

SOLD – 142 Accès Condos accredited condominiums for the revitalization of a former industrial area

Phase 1 of the Côté Ouest development comprises 142 condos of one to three bedrooms. The construction of the eight-story building was completed in 2008. The building is located in Le Triangle neighbourhood of the Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce borough. With the addition of a second phase built a year later, the Côté Ouest has a total of 254 Accès Condos accredited units and is a flagship project for this area of Montréal. It has been a lever in the revitalization of this neighbourhood in the western part of the city.

SOLD – A mixed project with 24 Accès Condos accredited condominiums in the Benny Farm neighbourhood

Monkland sur le parc 3 is a development of 24 condos ranging from one to four bedrooms. The construction of the three-storey building was completed in 2009. It is located in the Benny Farm neighbourhood in the Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce borough, close to the Trilogis Monkland project, which was constructed a few months before.

SOLD – A 98 condominium project to meet the needs of families

All Accès Condos projects completed between 2005 and 2019 have been sold. Our team is actually working on new version of the program.

The Trilogis Monkland comprises 98 condos of one to four bedrooms divided up in three different buildings. With the majority of the units, i.e. 63%, having three or four bedrooms, this project aimed at meeting in particular the needs of families. The construction of the four-storey buildings was finalized in 2009. Trilogis Monkland is located in the Monkland Village on the Benny Farm site in the Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce borough. It was followed, a few months later, by another Accès Condos project, Monkland sur le parc 3.

SOLD – A mixed-use project of 143 condos that revives the history of Saint-Henri

All Accès Condos projects completed between 2005 and 2019 have been sold. Our team is actually working on new version of the program.

La Tannerie comprises 143 condominiums ranging from one bedroom to three bedrooms. The majority was designed for families – 21% of the units have three or four bedrooms and 57% have two bedrooms. Completed in 2011, the eight-storey building is located at the corner of de Courcelles and Saint-Jacques streets in Le Sud-Ouest borough.

SOLD – A project of 72 condos in the Saint-Henri neighbourhood

Zone C numbers 72 two-bedroom condominiums divided up in three different buildings. The construction of the three-storey buildings was finalized in 2008. Zone C is at the heart of the Saint-Henri neighbourhood on Saint-Ambroise Street in the Le Sud-Ouest borough.
