Quartier Molson: The SHDM will contribute to the creation of affordable housing
The SHDM welcomes the groundbreaking ceremony marking the official launch of construction of the Quartier Molson project, led by the MONTONI and the Fonds de solidarité FTQ.
The SHDM is proud to be involved in this major urban revitalization project. As the real estate arm of the City of Montréal and owner of a strategic site located at the corner of Atateken Street and De la Commune Street East, our organization will play a key role by developing nearly 370 non-market social and affordable housing units across two buildings, as well as an underground parking facility.
This development is intended to serve a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families.
