To embody its renewed vision and ambitions to significantly increase the supply of affordable housing in Montréal, the SHDM is evolving its image. Reflecting its values—collaboration, human-centered, boldness, expertise, and integrity—and aligned with its strategic plan, this new brand identity is built on a redesigned logo and modernized colors.
Built around a strong, easily recognizable symbol, this renewed identity refers to housing and human. It projects a clear, strong image aligned with the SHDM’s mission, while providing the modernity needed to evolve its communication platforms to meet operational needs and support the growth of its development activities.
A completely redesigned website
This new image supports the SHDM’s desire to modernize its communication tools and accelerate its digital transformation. The new website has therefore been completely redesigned, with an improved user experience and a clearer presentation of the SHDM’s activities and services.
