The SHDM team is committed to responding as efficiently as possible to the requests of its tenants. That’s why we make your life easier by allowing you to submit online any request for service that is not urgent.
Two ways to make a request for service are available to you: by phone or online.
In all cases, if it is an urgent request for service, dial 514 380-7436 (SHDM) immediately. If it concerns a health emergency, a fire or a theft, dial 911.
The SHDM reminds you that it sends notices of non-payment of rent ONLY by mail. If you receive a call, email or text message telling you that you have a balance to pay for your rent, be vigilant. For more information

For an urgent request for service (e.g. heating system failure, water leakage, non-functional toilet, etc.), dial 514 380-SHDM (7436).
This line offers a 24/7 service and allows a fast handling of the request, even outside office hours.
Make your request at your convenience, easily and securely from your computer, digital tablet or smartphone.
Upon receipt of your request, our team will assign it to an employee who will take charge and will follow up with you as soon as possible. You will also receive an email confirmation that your request was received and a tracking number that will allow the team to track the actions taken with respect to your request.

* To make a request online, you must have a current lease with SHDM. The name and surname to be indicated on the form must be those that appear in your lease.

Office hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
By filling out an online application.
For a new laundry card, you must contact the SHDM.
There will be a fee to replace a lost card.
Form for registering on the list of SHDM suppliers
In accordance with the Act respecting access to documents held by public bodies and the protection of personal information, to which the SHDM is subject as a public body, the supplier consents to the disclosure of his data entered in this registration form.
The SHDM appreciates your interest and thanks you for having filled out this form. By being on our list of suppliers, we will be able, if necessary, to invite you to send us a quotation (bid).
SHDM is under no obligation of any kind to suppliers who fill out the form.

In the event of disparity between the amounts produced with this calculator and those of the statement of account produced by the SHDM, the latter has priority.
