Located at 303 Notre-Dame East in the Ville-Marie borough, Chaussegros-de-Léry is a multifunctional complex built between 1991 and 1996. Designed by architect Dan S. Hanganu, the complex comprises two separate buildings surrounding an interior courtyard. This building, adjacent to City Hall, includes 135 condominium units, 19,872 m² (213,902 ft²) of municipal offices, 3,716 m² (40,000 ft²) of commercial space, and a 1,080-space indoor parking garage that serves both the building and the surrounding area and offers spaces equipped with charging stations for electric vehicles.

The main tenant of this office building is the City of Montréal, which houses several municipal services.

Property Manager

Building management (maintenance and tenant relations) is handled by Alfid, and electromechanical maintenance by AV-Tech.
