Located at 801 Brennan Street in the Ville-Marie borough, the Louis-Charland building is an office building constructed in 2003.
Designed by the architectural firm MSDL Architects, this building, which won the Ordre des architectes du Québec’s Award of Excellence in 2003, is divided into two towers of 10 to 15 stories with two levels of underground parking offering 220 spaces. With a total area of 30,194 m² (325,000 ft²), the building is LEED CI Silver and BOMA BEST Level 4 certified.
