As of April 15th, on SEAO website, the Société d’habitation et de développement de Montréal will be calling for proposals from residential real estate developers with regard to its Accès Condos program.

June 11 : Submission of applications – qualification record

Prerequisites
To own – or to have a valid offer to purchase – a plot offering potential for a residential development on the territory of the Ville de Montréal
