Access to information
Under the Règlement sur la diffusion de l’information et sur la protection des renseignements personnels, the SHDM must make available a wide range of documents on its website.
If you wish to access a document that is not available on the SHDM portal, please see the following paragraph (Access-to-information request) for guidelines on how to submit your request to the SHDM's head of access to documents and protection of personal information. To be valid, your request to access documents that are not available on the SHDM portal must be precise enough to allow us to identify and find the documents in question. The request must be submitted by mail, fax or email to the SHDM's head of access to documents and protection of personal information, to the following address:

Although a request for access to documents can be made verbally, only a decision following a written application is subject to review by the Commission d'accès à l'information. A request for access to personal information must be submitted in writing.
A fee may be required for the reproduction of materials or documents can be found on site during office opening hours.
In addition, the SHDM is entitled to restrict access to certain content. Indeed, it may deny access to part or all of a document according to the grounds for refusal by the Act respecting access to documents held by public bodies and the protection of personal information.
The document classification plan is a reference tool to facilitate the filing and retrieval of the Corporation’s records and documents. It consists of sections describing the SHDM’s processes and activities.

In compliance with the Act respecting contracting by public bodies, information on contracts entered into by the Société d’habitation et de développement de Montréal for amounts over $25,000 are available on the online system for Call for Tenders (SEAO).
In accordance with section 76 of the Act respecting access to documents held by public bodies and the protection of personal information, the SHDM establish and keep up to date an inventory of its personal information files :

Under Section 67.3 of the Act respecting access to documents held by public bodies and the protection of personal information, SHDM is required to keep a register of personal information released.

In accordance with the Act respecting access to documents held by public bodies and the protection of personal information, to which the SHDM is subject as a public body, the supplier consents to the disclosure of his data entered in this registration form.
The SHDM appreciates your interest and thanks you for having filled out this form. By being on our list of suppliers, we will be able, if necessary, to invite you to send us a quotation (bid).
SHDM is under no obligation of any kind to suppliers who fill out the form.

In the event of disparity between the amounts produced with this calculator and those of the statement of account produced by the SHDM, the latter has priority.
